Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of motdracing.com (the "site"), run by Masters of the Draft (a NASCVR iRacing league), founded by Scott Wise and Lauren Wise ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The league and its rules

Racing in Masters of the Draft is governed by the league Rulebook and decisions of the league admins and stewards. These terms cover the website only. If they conflict with the Rulebook on a racing matter, the Rulebook wins.

Accounts

• You sign in with your own Discord account and are responsible for what happens under it.
• Don't impersonate another driver or use someone else's account.
• League admins assign roles and can link, change, suspend or remove accounts, for example for breaking these terms or the Rulebook.

What you post

Profile photos, bios, favorite drivers and incident reports are "your content". You keep ownership of it. By submitting it you give us permission to store it and show it on the site and league channels (for example, on your driver page) for as long as it's up.

Your content must not:

• be offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or threatening;
• include anyone else's personal information;
• contain advertising or spam, or links to harmful sites;
• use photos or material you don't have the right to use.

League admins review profile changes before they're published, and may decline or remove any content at their discretion.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site, or access admin areas you aren't given.
• Don't cheat the Pit Stop Challenge leaderboard (scripts, edited requests and so on). Suspicious scores may be removed.
• Don't scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others.

Results and standings

We work to keep results, standings and stats accurate, but they may contain mistakes, and results marked provisional can change. Official decisions are made by the league admins and stewards under the Rulebook.

Names, logos and other people's content

The Masters of the Draft and NASCVR names and logos belong to the league. Team and sponsor names and logos belong to their owners. iRacing is a trademark of iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, and NASCAR is a registered trademark of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC. The league isn't affiliated with or endorsed by either. Broadcasts are produced by Phantom Racing Network and shown through YouTube.

Links to other sites

The site links to Discord, YouTube, sponsors and others. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is a free, volunteer-run league resource provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable or change at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $50.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept it.
